If you apply or have applied for a full-time program for over 6 months and have asked us to aid you with a study or work permit, your information will be used to register for the permit as required by law.

If you apply or have applied for a program for less than 6 months, your information will be used internally only. However, all student files are subject to confidential review by our accrediting body, Languages Canada.

If you apply or have applied to be a host family, we will contact the references you provided to us. In addition, if your family is accepted into our homestay program and we place a student / student(s) in your home, we will share the information you have given us with the student(s) placed there prior to their arrival.
