If you apply or have applied for an English Class requiring us to issue Canadian Government visa documents, your information will be used as required by law.
If you apply or have applied for a part time language class or any other course, your information will be used internally only. However, all student files are subject to confidential review by our accrediting body, CAPLS.
If you apply or have applied to be a host family, we will contact the references you provided to us. In addition, if your family is accepted into our homestay program and we place a student / student(s) in your home, we will share the information you have given us with the student(s) placed there prior to their arrival.
